2. EscortSite's Affiliate Program will pay you according to the current pay schedule for each membership bought from visitors that you send on payment page. For a copy of the current pay schedule, please check your account, section Revenue.
3. EscortSite's Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. The date of the last modifications will be stated at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that it is your responsibility to be aware of all changes in the EscortSite Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
4. If you commit fraud or cheat or attempt to cheat our Program in any way, your account will be terminated and you will not be paid.
5. You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not illegal or in violation of the terms and conditions herein, except by email. Any email with advertising is prohibited.
6. The action of sending hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, rape, password or warez sites, any acts of violence, or any illegal material whatsoever.
7. EscortSite reserves the right to cancel or change this program at any time, without prior notification. In the case of cancellation of the program, you will be notified and paid ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have committed fraud or cheated by violating this agreement in any way.
8. EscortSite is not responsible for any loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors, or any other technical reason.
9. Our records alone will prevail in determining amount or value of memberships.
10. EscortSite reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than three months.
11. EscortSite reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason whatsoever.
12. You are solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website. You are also solely responsible for all materials that appear on your site. You agree that you are not an agent of EscortSite, and we shall have no responsibility for the development, the operation, or the maintenance of your site. We are also not responsible for any materials that appear on your site. You shall also be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon any laws, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights). You are also solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not illegal.
13. EscortSite reserves the right to change the payout rate at any time.

We do not accept accounts from the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bhutan, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Republic Of Moldova, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yugoslavia.
15. We pay on a monthly basis. You will only be sent a wire transfer if your account balance is at least US$1000.00, otherwise your payment will be carried over from week to week until your account has accrued US$1000.00.
